Can anyone help me here please? How does someone ad a pic when the person posts a message on the hyperboard? I need to know please!!

I have a profile on msn for chatting and they let you put a picture on it, i copy the link from it then put it on the area where it ask for a image link when you post a message on here. See this is the file i recently posted. notice how it says msn in it lol
