Does anyone have any good info/instructions on putting hair in a bun?

It's real easy. Just make a ponytail at the spot where you want the bun to be. Then twist it until it starts to "pull down" on itself. Then, continue to twist as you wrap it around the base. Once it is all wrapped around, just throw another scrunchie or hair tie around it to hold it in place. A high bun is excellent for sleeping.

That's what the scrunchy is for. Holds the bun together. What I usually do, is put it into a high ponytail (but without the scrunchy), then, twist it around my index finger, pull the finger out, then twist it a bit more. After I do that, then I put the scrunchy on. Holds it nicely. Another thing I do, is make a normal high ponytail, but, don't pull the end all the way out of the tie... Works like a bun, but without the twisting...
