Good Vitamin, Multi Vitamin?

Hi again, I plan to go to GNC today and pick up something good for my hair. I'm curious, what affordable options are open? I'm looking for something close or less than 30 or 40$ (I'm only 16 without a job, so I can't really afford to buy expensive stuff). I'm basically looking for something that will effect the hair.

GNC has a hair vitamin in their stores. You should be ok with costs, because vitamins are not usually that expensive. I take a GNC Mega Muti-Vitamin, B-Complex, and Vitamin C daily.

Try Biotin 600mg. Take twice a day. Should be well within your budget.

Below I pasted exactly what Biotin is and what its purpose is in the human body. As you will see below it is only a part of the B-Complex group. It is nice that you went out and bought only Biotin, but your hair and body need other vitamins and minerals in conjunction to be as healthy and shiny it can be. B-Complex and vitamin C are important vitamin essentials that contribute to both growth and nourishment. I posted this information because you do not seem to have all the information, nor have done any research.
Biotin (Vitamin H)
Biotin is a water-soluble member of the B-complex group of vitamins and is commonly referred to as vitamin H. The biochemical acts as a carrier for carbon dioxide in the pyruvate carboxylase reaction, where biotin is linked to the epsilon-amino group of a lysine residue in the enzyme. Biotin is necessary for both metabolism and growth in humans, particularly with reference to production of fatty acids, antibodies, digestive enzymes, and in niacin (vitamin B-3) metabolism. Food sources for biotin are liver, kidney, soy flour, egg yolk, cereal, and yeast. There are suggestions that biotin is also capable of curing baldness, alleviating muscle pain and depression, and functions as a cure for dermatitis, although there is no substantial evidence for any of these claims. Biotin deficiency results in fatigue, depression, nausea, muscle pains, hair loss, and anemia.

One pill in the morning, one in the evening. As close to 12 hours apart as is reasonably possible.
