Hairdryers as Frizz Reducers?

I actually managed to blowdry my near-elbow-length hair today. I then noticed that there was considerably less frizz in my hair... Is that normal when blowdrying, or is it just the humidity being wierd at this time of summer?

I'm finding that blowdrying my hair on the cold setting reduces frizz a lot. I then finish off with some serum and I like the results. (My hair is naturally dry and quite coarse).

Try adding anti-friz serum to wet hair. Comb it through so that it's even all over your hair, and then blow dry while brushing your hair out. I find that this gets rid of my frizz, but makes my hair a bit bigger.
