L'Oreal Melting Gel
Posted by Big L on July 15, 2003 at 03:02:34: Previous Next
I've read some good stuff on the board about this product and went to buy some yesterday. However, although I could find loads of different L'Oreal variants (waxes, gels etc.) I couldn't find 'Melting Gel'.
Does anyone in the UK know which shop stocks this or is it called something different here ?
Thanks in anticipation.

Same problem here Big L,
I've found and tried the L'Oreal Spray Gel that has been mentioned, but no sign of the melting gel.!! I got that from Boots along with my aussie products..
Strange ...

I tried to find Melting Gel in the UK too, and failed. Comparing and contrasting the US and UK L'Oreal websites, I think it might correspond to Studio Line FX Invisi Gel in the UK (which I haven't tried). Can anyone confirm?

You could buy it online...or have a friend do it.
The SPRAY Liquid gel is excellent for touch-ups & control BUT...
the formula is completely different than the Melting Gel (I use both).
The MELTing gel is thin & very SLICK...keeps your hair moist most of the day...
adds some control...lots of shine (but the spray gel adds even more shine).
I don't see why they would have a different name for it in the UK
since it can be purchased online...!
