Nash is the one who is going to cut his hair. Nash needs to cut it for an upcoming movie either real short or bald. So Nash will be the loser unless Jericho wants to cut it too. If Nash wins they both end up with short hair either way. I doubt it though. I had a feeling Jericho wasn't gonna cut it, he couldn't.
