heres a few questions:
1-How long does hair grow if (lets say) your hair is long and goes up to your eye lids
2-Is going to bed with wet hair good? for short hair and long?
3-How do I make my hair look like this guy(cause my hair is not as straight as his)

On average, approximately 1/2" per month.
: 2-Is going to bed with wet hair good? for short hair and long?
No.
: 3-How do I make my hair look like this guy(cause my hair is not as straight as his)
You can't. Don't even try.

Well, you can try what they do in movies by cutting your hair really short and wearing a wig that looks just like some other person who you want to be instead of yourself. Generally we hear from guys who have difficult hair and want the exact opposite...which isn't realistic.
As for styles we encourage guys to try it "longer" whenever possible to at least see what it's like so they know before limiting it to a shorter style.
