hey, so i have a few questions here... first, ive seen a lot of people here talking about some shampoo or something called aussie i believe. what exactly does it do in particular that people are talking about it over? also, what vitamins are most important to hair growth? ive always heard niacin and biotin, but i just wanted to get the facts. should i take 2500mg of biotin? so pretty much, if i wanted to grow my hair out, what would you suggest i do to get myself started?
thanks

1) Eat healthy.
2) Avoid Stress.
3) Find a good shampoo & conditioner
4) Avoid haircuts
just my $0.02...

For a lot of people Aussie Moist leaves their hair softer and more detangled than other conditioners and doesn't damage it. The other reason people like it is it is widely available and inexpensive.
Some people like to really get into the vitamin thing but if you are starting out then just grow your hair and don't worry about all that other stuff because your hair grows at one speed, yours, and people are hard pressed to prove that taking supplements actually make it grow faster. Basically it's just more fussing without much better results (not bad for your body though). A dose of patience is what you really need to take everyday when you are trying to grow your hair long...it'll get there if you take care of it with basic practical stuff.
