I got the shampoo and conditioner last night. I did one lather of the shampoo and a moderate amount of conditioner. I am very impressed with the results!
Lately my hair has been getting tangled a lot and I have been thinking that I'll need to buy a detangler. There's no need for that now as I could brush my hair right through with almost no tangles.
My wife also used both and liked them. I don't know what formula this shampoo has but its claim of "smooth intense" is accurate.
For those that use this product - do you always use the conditioner after the shampoo?

: I have to admit that after using the Loreal Vive Smooth Intense shampoo and conditioner for a couple weeks now, I have found that my hair does lay much better and I find that I can get by without using an gel even more so than with the Aussie Moist products that I have used. The smell is different and I'm still getting used to it but it seems to be a great new product.

I gotta ask you Aries, is the fact that it makes it lay down and be relaxed as well as soft and smooth what makes it the best? I just hope it doesn't give me too much extra curl, nor too much straightening. I seem to hear people say it does both. What do you think? I know you have thick wavy hair right?

:Yes, my hair is thick ane wavy at 35 years of age and I don't think it makes it TOO smooth and no curls. It seemsjust as good or better than any other I've tried so far.

Yes, I always condition...ALWAYS!
It not only replenishes & protects the hair...but it is a great detangler, as you mentioned.
and another!

I tried a couple of days ago... It is by far the best shampoo and conditioner I hae used.
It seems to have some "oil" in it so when you use it and are donemy hair at least feels soft and manageable... no tangles...
I am saying goodbye to pantene hydrating curls...
