Getting away by hiding the hair

Is it possible to trick people, specially employers, into thinking that we got short hair, simply by tucking the hair inside our shirts or jackets or suits, whatever.
We just neatly plait the hair with multiple bands and tuck it under our shirts. Hooded t-shirts camouflage the hair very well that way. Also, I`m thinking of designing special shirts with "high collars"
What do you think?
GREAT IDEA...

i THINK IT'S A great IDEA!
Now don't get me wrong...I DO believe in being PROUD of your hair...
but a Longhair should also have the option of 'blending into the crowd'
should he feel like doing so...
I am all FOR your idea...
Good Luck!

Well, if you need to wear a 3 piece suit at work then hiding your hair will be difficult.

I worked as a lifeguard for a couple of summers in the mid 90's and my hair was almost waist length. The problem was the waterpark had the "Disney" dress code (no tatoos, piercings, long hair on men, facial hair, etc.). But the guards wore baseball caps so I suggested that I could braid it and tuck it under the cap. They were agreeable with that as long as it gave me the look they wanted. I was able to get all that hair under the cap and it worked so well that most of the other guards didn't even know that I had long hair for most of the summer. In fact, tucking it up made it look shorter than most of the other guys.
Now, on another note, don't tie it back in a ponytail and then stick it in your shirt, it can move around too much. I did that while drywalling and when I pulled it out it was one huge matted tangle.
