i use loreal nutri vive 2in1 and it's great! the problem with 2 in 1's is that they tend to cause build-up. but that's easily remedied by washing your hair once with another brand (i have an ass-load of shampoo samples so it's all good for me.)
i like them for the convenience, mostly.

I personally never understood the concept of a 2 in 1 product. Shampoo takes out oil, and conditioner puts it back in (essentially). They seem to pretty much contradict each other.
I use a separate shampoo and conditioner, and I think it's just as convenient as a 2 in 1 (washing it out again with another shampoo sounds LESS convenient to me).

if your referring to my post, i meant washing it out with another shampoo when build-up occurs, not every time you use the 2in1.

Oh ok! Silly me. Well, in that case, that seems OK because I have to wash with a clarifying shampoo every so often, which I think is the same principle.

the 2 in 1 concept makes no sense. why add the oils that the shampoo is washing out? You are putting shampoo on your hair that cleanses oils from your hair...and putting oil on your hair at the same time?
