I asked around about that alot. My conclusion was other than regular daily vitimans, no. You should take regular vitimans to make sure that you fill any gaps in your nutritional intake. That way you make sure it doesn't grow slower because you're unhealthy.
How long is your hair now?

im not sure about the truth behind all the vitamin crap that people spout but in the past oh 20 months ive done nothing but eat junk food, wash my hair with nothing but regular shampoos and conditioners. on occasion ive bleached my hair different colors and im currently dying it black and its gone from nothing to 2 inchs past chin length now in that time.. (the front i mean) if your interested my hair is wavey and i have a pic of it when its in its natural state.. i dont have a wet hair pic to show but il get one to show the truth length..
