Question(s) for Treyn

Hey, I haven't posted much around here but I've been endlessly searching through the archives and its been really useful.
Anyway, I think your hair looks really good, especially in the last few pictures you've posted... Do you have the hair type that naturally grows up (instead of down and foward), at the hairline?
Also, in those last few pictures, how have you combed your hair? Do you comb it while its wet? It looks like you sort of have a part near the front but then it stops and your hair is brushed back?
Thanks for any feedback!

First off, thanks for the compliments on my hair. I wonder, though, if your looking at older photos from the archives, or did you visit my site and see the most recent?
Anyway, about the up growing hair thing. The only time my hair grows up instead of out and down is when it is really short. But after it gets so long it starts to fall under added weight. I have an off center part, but I normally comb my hair straight back and let it naturally fall towards the sides from there. In my web-site progress pictures I comb it all down with the part as to show the length at its best. I used to do my progress pictures wet, but that got a little tiring, so now I am only doing dry pictures for my site as to make things a little easier, I guess.
Thanks again, bro, and happy growing! Peace!

I saw the most recent pictures you'd posted here and then I went to your site.
I remember you saying you have very thick hair? Were you referring to the density of your hair or the strand size? Because your hair looks quite fine (each strand) in your photos... is that right?
thanks for the reply!

I am referring to the density of my hair. When my hair was quite shorter, it poofed out real thick, but now that it is longer, the weight is pulling it straighter making it seem to be not so thick. This is definetly a good thing! I suppose I can only look forward to more good things with my hair now that I have learned to just let mother nature have her way by letting it grow by it's own rules and thickness. I have learned that my hair doesn't need my help with under-cuts and stuff like that the way I did in the past. This is my advise to anyone: Let your hair grow the way it was meant to grow on it's own terms. Best policy period in my book! Peace!

I would also like to say Treyn, that that is a good idea to do dry pics now, as that is how your hair looks for most of the day. But both are cool!

That's the way I look at it. Plus it's so much less HTML I have to deal with. I can tend to be lazy at times, as you can tell! Peace!

In your 2003 archives pics, your hair looks a lot thinner than i imagined. When we talked about the undercut you said that your hair was thick and wavy. when my hair was at low cheek level, it didnt look like that. I thought that we had the same hair.
