Drivers Liscense Pics

well, I had to do a drivers ed class to keep from getting points on my record, anyway, when I got there to fill out the paper work, the guy in front of me, had his liscense out and the pic had him with hair well outside the frame. Looked very long. Now it was a very short buzz nothing left. Really sad. My pic is 10 years old and even though my hair was long, it was pulled back, so it looks really short.
Next time I'll make sure to have the pic taken with it down and forward.
Anyone else have a good pic on their liscense? ID?
Also I should post some pics, soon. Anyone have a place to host them?

Years ago I used to work taking photo ID pictures. Yes it is possiblefor the photo to not suck.
When I take ID photos or have mine taken I make it obvious that
I or the suject has long hair.

I learned that for a driver's license pic, you have to do two things. Let your hair down and step back a few inches from the line you are supposed to toe. Stepping back will allow all of your head and much of your hair below your neck to appear in the picture. They are set up to record a shorthaired head, and part of your head will be missing, since it is bigger, unless you step back.
It is, in general, a good idea to let your hair down when people are taking photos. In real life you are moving around and people from time to time see your ponytail, so they see you as longhaired. If you stare right at the camera during a photo, and of course that is what everyone does, you will be frozen in the photo in the one position where your ponytail is never seen.
actually...

Actually I did post 2 dl pics I have, theres a link on my pic page to them, but I dont think too many people have looked at them, I dont really consider them good or bad, theres also some school ID pics, Now that I think of it I think theres prolly more pics of me with long hair than with short. the 98 dl pic Im not sure of, it might be older then I think. theres one of me at 16 as a freshman, that has to be my worst one, its labeled me96 I think. It interesting to note how I looked before 02 when I was heavier, my face was just rounder and my cheeks more puffed out.
How would you rate them(not my cheeks but the pics!) ? lol

I actually had to have my license picture re-taken a while back, since in the original, I had a very short ponytail (very tightly pulled back, looked like a buzz cut), I was clean shaven, and I weighed almost a hundred pounds less. I realized it was time when I tried to get into clubs, and the bouncer would stare at my ID for a couple of minutes and often quiz me on soc. #, address, b-day, etc.
So, on my current license, the hair is down and curly, fully filling the frame, and my beard is full and kind of long (even though I recently changed it slightly).
Another 3 months or so, and I'll need a new picture again! (lost fifty-some pounds, went from a connected medium-length beard to a much longer goatee and large, pointed sideburns and went from regular earrings to stretched ears and an eyebrow ring).
