hey,
i've heard a few times about leaving normal conditioner in your hair and using it as a styling product, and i was just wondering if anyone could advise me on whether this is actually a good idea or not? i wouldn't want to go and damage my hair or something while thinking i was helping it
cheers

I used to use conditioner like gel when I was at the early part of the akward stage. I haven't noticed any damage in my hair since then.

Nioxin bliss is an amazing leave in conditioner! Whilst theres nothing wrong with using regular conditoner as a leave in it can leave your hair looking dull and feel coated, a proper leave in conditioner is formulated to be lighter and makes you hair look and feel much better!

While I doubt that leaving regular conditioner in your hair would hurt it, I do think that it could be a tad heavy and thick. Better, I would suggest one of the many "leave in" conditioners that are sold just for this purpose. Personally, I use Infusium 23 leave-in conditioner with great results.
