hi,
i'm 18 yrs old, 5 ft 8 inches, lean. i'v got long, silky, shiny, straight blond hair reaching my butt. i keep it loose, n avoid keeping it in a bun r ponytail r braiding. my hair is rather thin, so if it's a in a bun, it opens up very fast. pony tail- same thing. when i keep it in a braid, i feel xtremely uncomfortable. so d only other style i use is- please dont laugh- i keep it in a pair of pigtails. this is very embarassing 4 me, since i'm a guy. n i'v got very femine looks, so i'm almost always mistaken 4 a woman, n i hate this. i Do NOT want to grow facial hair, neither do i want to trim my beautiful hair. i'v got a center parting as well. can someone tell me how i can look more masculine?

I like when just the front half of the hair is pulled back into it's own smaller ponytail and the back half of the hair lays natural. This at least keeps the hair out of the eyes and for the most part out of your way. Some celtic shops have hair ties made specifically for this purpose. Kinda the Highlander look!

  That's the half ponytail, in some styling manuals it's referred to as the perfect ponytail. One of my favorite styles.
