You put OIL in your hair EVERY day? That's seems a bit frequent to me.
Mousse always seemed more drying to me.
Have you tried adding a bit of L'Oreal Melting Gel to your damp hair?
Then combing it the way you want it? (Be sure not to mess it up too much or it will be a mess).
You don't have to shampoo every day, but it is a good idea
to at least rinse the gel out of your hair every day
and start over fresh.
Best wishes for you & your hair!

Sounds like you already have a routine that works for you. Are you trying to grow your hair out and if you are do you have a length in mind yet? (just politely asking...have to say that or people accuse me of being rude).
It's always good to either use less product or at least clean it out of your hair on a regular basis (shampoo & condition). How often is up to your hair. You may have a unique or even difficult hair type that needs certain things so it's best if you can experiment and see what works best for you.
Any product will add weight to your hair and it sounds like you use quite a bit. If you are growing it out then you may find that at some point you may want to cut back on the amount of products you add as hair acts differently as it gets longer. Some brands of products have harsh chemicals that can have an effect on longterm growth if used regularly.
If you are shampooing the oil out of your hair then I don't think that it is doing much good. You may want to oil it afterwards. If you are trying to moisturize it then oil isn't going to do it. It will make it slick but you need a good quality conditioner that when you wash puts water (not oil) back into the hair.

hi...
Yeah i AM trying to grow my hair out, atleast till shoulder length, and maybe later till about shoulder-blade length.
English isnt really msy strong point, so Ill repeat my routine in case they'res any confusion.
1- Put oil in hair, wait 1-2 hours, wash with shampoo/conditioner.
2- Next day, put on Gel, go about my business
3- Repeat "1"
What I wanted to know was, will now washing the gell out between steps 2 and 3 damage my hair in the long run? Also, any room for improvement? (i already take vitamin supplements for hair growth) comments welcome...

Well, washing out is between 2 and 3 is what you want to do except that you will want to wash the gel out before putting oil in so it can get past the gel.
The oiling before washing doesn't seem like it would help much as you wash out what you just put in. What kind of oil are you talking about?
