The rundown: I've got loose-curling hair [some would just call it "very wavy"] and it has occured to me that with any hairstyle I try, it works to constrain the hair (eg tying, gelling). I can of course leave it loose, but I find this looks messy, or can do. Normally I gel the top and sides back and leave the rear loose (a bit like Denethor in LOTR, only my hair's shorter).
The question: Do you use or know any hairstyles that don't involve tying, gelling but are neater than just 'loose'? I don't mean "haircuts", just styles?
