Update and milestone reached!

I finally have 2 weeks off from school! YAY!
I had a milestone the other day! I was standing there, and put my hands on my hips. I caught some of my hair under my hand! WOW!
I started to get a lot of flakes and itchy scalp recently. I think I may be allergic to the conditioner I'm using. I've begun to not condition my scalp area and it seems to have helped. I'm now only conditioning the previously dyed hair, and not conditioning the natural hair. It may just be because I have naturally oily hair/skin, and since I've lost all this weight I seem to be getting oily much quicker. The added conditioner might be causing an oil overload.
I'm hoping to complete the "basement project" within the next couple days. Once I've got my bettas' "gutter system" up and running, I'll be updating the long hair pics page. I'm running a couple days behind on everything right now...mostly because I drank Friday night, but I was also extremely tired yesterday and did nothing.
I'll be grabbing pics from here when the time comes, and from anyone's progress pages that I have or find. It should be updated by this weekend, depending on when I take a break from the engineering project or complete it.
Hand on your hips...

I never realized your hair was that long!
Your scalp problems to be allergic reactions to the products
you are using, or perhaps are due to changes in the weather...or both!
Anyway, congratulations!

Sitting on it!!!
It might be a while, and I'll probably have to cross this bridge again. My hair is cut in a V shape in back, so it was only the longest hair at the back of my head that I caught under my hand. It was quite a shock! I definitely didn't expect it!
Once I have it completely straight in back it will be a while until it happens again. But, it will look thicker with it all at one length. It will also remove some of the dyed hair, which is my ultimate goal once I reach "sitting on it" length.
It's going to take quite a while to reach my terminal length with all the dyed hair needing to be trimmed away. But, considering that the last time it was trimmed was last summer, it may take longer to remove the dyed hair than it will to reach terminal length...
: Congratulations - what's your next milestone?
