loving the akward phase!

hey people, just wanted to say that the awkward phase doesn't necessarily have to be bad, we're all different...i haven't had mine cut in 6 months, i have thick, wiry (spelling?), curly/wavy hair and used to spike it in the front...i don't use any products to stop it from "afro-ing out"...i just press it down and it's long enough now that i can sleep on it...the stage at which i encountered criticism was after 3 months and it was mostly because i didn't know what to do with it...but ever since february it's been smooth sailing...girls say they love my hair...the only criticism i've gotten in the last 3 months is from my friend milton...but he's a buzzcut chinese kinda guy, just saying, he probably doesn't like long hair
