The purpose of this Database Management System(DBMS) is to provide a comprehensive Public Uniformed National Health Care Automated Data Collection, Reporting and Evaluation Software Support System, utilizing Advanced VIP, Lous Notes and OpenInsight Revelations software products. Also, this database management system function adequatelyin the collection and monitoring of all essential health care data elements for the HIV/AIDS virus.

This DBMS has been fully documented, end-to-end tested, and
meets all reporting requirements in accordance with current guidelines for Federal, State and Local Governments and their Agencies. In addition, an uniformed DBMS for Sexual Transmitted Diseases (STDs) within a broader pidemiological framework was designed which is apart and separate from the HIV/AIDS DBMS.
