: The Project was developed for the Voucher Processing System and Credit Card in IBM Mainframe Environment. The purpose of this project is to develop a state-of-art Voucher System for usage by different customers, employees and their dependents. It can be used at any of the authorized outlets viz., supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants etc. Orbitall project consisted five major modules viz. Registration, Transaction, Back office, Call Centre and Reports.

: Registration consisted of registering the new users (new cardholders) and modification of the details of existing users. The identification of every user consisted of 16 digit unique code. The other details include personal details, income group, nationality and others.

: Transaction consists of the tracking of each card’s usage depending on its validity after which, it will update the related details in various tables. This also helps the user with information regarding his eligibility amount, pending amount, validity date and remaining eligible amount.

: Back office consists of Real time, programs, which are used for online purchases and business transactions.

: Call Centre caters the needs of all the customers through a variety of programs, which consists of inquiries about the balance amount, expiry dates and any queries relating to the previous payments details and pending payment details. The identification of a particular user will be done basing on the Card No and the date of birth and Reports consists of all the daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly and yearly reports basing on from and to dates.
