This is a view from the east side of the fire. I ran down the
driveway and down a field to get this perspective. Right before I took
this picture, there was a fire tornado. I think that 15 foot flame in
the center of the picture may be a remnant of that. I wish I had
gotten a picture of the tornado. It was spinning wildly and shot the
flames up an additional 20 feet or so. To the right you see the ground
burning where manure had been dumped for decades. This ground
smouldered for at least three days.
