Need expert advice

Hi I have a q bout shedding/hair loss
is there a time when the shedding becomes alot more then usual? lately when i run my hand thru my hair i lose alot of hair..not to mention how much iv elost in the shower lately..it seems to have of thinned out alot in just like less then 2 weeks time..is this normal? should i be worried? im 21..ive had some stress lately and havent ate well i know th9ose are causes of it..but could ti be the start of hair loss? my hair line goes pretty far back and kinda up into my hair for my age..should i be worried? is this normal shedding wil it come back to how it was a few short weeks ago?
