hair straightening with length?

I've noticed that my hair is getting straighter than ever before. I'm thinking this is perhaps due to its starting to reach longer lengths. Perhaps the hair is heavier now and this is straightening it. Has anyone else noticed this?

Great Pic buddy. Do you have any with your face in it. My hair is getting the same and I want to measure against yours.

This is the first time I've used this hyperboard so if I've made a few errors, sorry.--I'm thinking of growing my hair out too (as long as possible)--Great pics of your progress--Also great pics of other longhairs! FINALLY, someone shows pics of Cousin It lookalikes and beyond (pics of those with hair hanging way way down in front) I hope I can do the same in the future!! Wish others would show pics of that Cousin It look also!!! Good luck and happy growing!

Too bad you cut your hair. Looked awesome really long at the sides and back. Are you going to grow it long at the back?
