still hoping for answers...

Hey All
Just want to know one thing. Which would help more with styling...gel or mousse? Every time I use gel it leaves my hair oily looking which I don't want. I have hair that is chin length all the way around my head. I am trying to style it to fall behind my ears. Any suggestions on what to use??
Thanks in advance

I have tried several products and the only stuff that works the way I like it is Paul Mitchell's Foaming Pommade. It is not a gel, could be taken for a mousse. I have hair that would be described as shoulder-length wavy/curly (more like "do what it wants to"). This stuff, taken in moderation (about 15 drops on the palm, hands rubbed together to "foam" consistency, then applied to hair) leaves my hair shiny and somewhat manageable. It can stay in for about two days and still look good before I have to wash, condition and apply again.
Try it and let us know how it works for you.

I use Nick Chavez Staightening Pomade -- It is fantastic; all you do is after showering, rub in only a small amount (quarter size in your palm) -- There is no oily feel or anything -- You can order it through QVC 1-800-345-1515 Item 40870 - My hair tends to curl when humid but not with this product --Try it!
