Can you please help me with a question I have. Since growing my hair for about 8 months now, I have recently noticed that I lose quite a few hairs daily. I am assured this is perfectly normal by ppl such as yourselves, but I was wonderig is there a way to stop or at least reduce the hair thay is shed daily? I have stopped brusghing / combing until the hair is dry which i am told will help, but any other ideas? Thanks in advance...

This is somehting that comes up a lot on this board. You might want to take a look at those responses. But just a quick overview...
"Hair loss" is common. You are just noticing it more now because your hair is longer. You can see in on your brushes (it now stays in them), the bathtub, and the sink.
You "lose" over 100 hairs a day. They do grow back.
Unless they are coming out in clumps, it is not really a problem. Just a phenomenon you haven't noticed before your decision to go long.
Again, look at other postings on this board regarding this issue.
Good luck.
