Nah, I think he means that the woman can have the hair to play with - WITH the owner still attached! Sounds like a plan to me, rowrrr! =-P

Nice site.
But I do have a problem with your responses to "You'll have to cut your hair to work here," unless you have no intention of being employed by that company.
The best response is to sincerely ask why they have that requirement (there may be a perfectly logical reason - but most of the time it is a surface issue).
If you can demonstrate you have the talent and motivation better than the other candidates, you and your prospective employer should be able to reach a compromise (ponytail, no facial hair, etc.).
If not, (as I have siad before) the loss is theirs.
