i need help so anyone help me,i have long very thin baby fine hair.i am 49 years old,i am taking different medicine ,for one diabetics.what sampoo should i use for oily hair,homemade or whatever.would herbs or something help help make my hair grow faster and thicker.help me please.give me tips ,advice anything that would help.sorry i am female but help any way ok.

First thing you should check is with your doctor. If you are
taking Levoxyl or other thyroid medication that will make your
hair thinner and may lead to some hair loss. Ask you doctor about
it.

Hi Darlene, in addition to asking your doctor, the pharmacist might also be able to give you some advice.
Overall good health is important for hair growth. In my experience, having enough quality protein and a balanced diet dramatically improves hair quality. The two best shampoos I've found for when my hair gets oily are the Neutrogena and St. Ives products designed espeically to clean oily hair, but they're too harsh to use all the time.
Try a web search for diabetic discussion groups, also the dadamo.com message boards might have something useful for you.
