dry hair

Hello , I have chin-length wavy hair.But they are so dry.Some hair have become unnaturaly dry and very curly when others are straigth and oily. why is that and what should I do? Even when I trim the ends
my hair looks shit. I've never seen people with straight hair having these problems even when they don't trim the ends for months.

What are you using to wash and condition your hair, and how often?
Don't wash your hair more than 2 or 3 times per week. It is ok to rinse it with water in between. Make sure that you condition and ALWAYS use water that is as cold as possible.
