Hidden Compliments

Today I recieved a compliment about my hair. Although it wasn't meant to be one probably. A boy asked on the bus "When are you ever going to get your hair cut?" he then said, "Your beginning to look like Slash." (Slash is the former guitarist for Guns N Roses in case you don't know) I took that as a great compliment for Guns N Roses is my favorite band ever and Slash is just awesome with awesome hair! Also last week somebody I was starting to look like Jesus. My grandma has a painting of Jesus up in her house that I have admired many times before because of the awesome hair he has in it. Yet again I took that as a compliment. Even when somebody says you look like a girl although that isn't quite as flattering I have begun to feel good about that as well. Obviously my hair is getting longer for them to say that. So every time I get I get a comment like that I'm one step closer to becoming a longhair!

Perhaps just to send them a visual message that you intend to keep it long..
