Flowing bangs,

Hi. Here, I have posted a picture of the late Kurt Cobain. I like this hair style, but I have a question.
At the front of his hair, the bangs, at the top, the hair flows up, and then hangs down from his head. My bangs do not low up in this way, but lie flat and come straight down from the hair. Is there a way you can make the hair flow up and then hang down? because I really like this look.

Try combing (wide-toothed comb or vent brush or just fingers)all your hair back off your face with a SLIGHT bit of LIGHT gel (so slight that when it dries it should look like there is nothing on your hair) in the CENTER PORTION ONLY; then tilting your head forward to let the sides fall forward/down somewhat. It may take a couple of tries to master the technique but when done correctly, this will cause a slight lift front/center.

When you comb your hair, comb the hair near the parting over the rest of the bangs and you should get that up then down effect. I have that up and down effect and that's what I do.
