i been growing for 8 months and the back is longer than the sides and the front..... the sides cover my ears... and the bangs are on my upper lip when i strecth them. do i trim the back? or i let it grow?..im 15 i just was shoulder lenght hair not waist.

I think let go, its sounds pretty much the same as mine. Nothing wrong with a mild mullet.

I have the same think. I have been growing for 16 months. Just let it grow until the shortest point is at your optimum length and then trim up the rest. Otherwise let it be.

When I was at 9 months I trimmed from the end of my bangs all around even so I had every hair the same rate and I loved it. Now I have shoulder length hair that is nice and even.

I would let it go man.. You sound the almost the same as me, i've been growing for 13 months now..When you get to ponytail stage it won't look any different, and will make your ponytail look a bit longer.
Hang in there, the worst is almost over. I remember about 8 months into it was the worst time for me, and it has gotten A LOT better..so don't fret..
