Victor, why did you cut your hair?

I just looked at some pictures of Victor linked from a previous message and noticed you had long hair in 1990, but it was shorter in 1993, why is this?
Also, an editing feature would benefit this board, as I have just posted a message a few minutes ago, then thought of another, where if we had an editing feature, I could have changed my previous message.
Anyway, Victor, your hair looks good now man.

I hate to say it, but I was living in Dallas and had a job interview in Austin. My recrouter "suggested" strongly that I cut my hair for the interview. As it turned out, the husband of the manager interviewing me had yard-long hair! That's when I decided never again to cut my hair for a job interview.

Ah, a momentary lapse of judgement, eh? Have had a couple of those myself.

I've been to many a job club or job coach, and the doom-sayers there say that it is a highly-competitive, cut-throat, dog-eat-dog world there, and that you have to cut your hair to stay competitive while submitting to the dog-eat-dog system. What we should do is to change the system rather than to surrender to it!

Alan, I agree with you wholeheartedly on that!

We need to get Victor to set up a new message board (like the personals) for longhairs wanting work and employers offering work who know that longhairs have more to offer then those who don't want to be individuals.
