Can't seem to Upload photo?

Every time I try to upload a photo to the space provided by youguys, I get a server error message, or something strange like that? The file is below 100k. What am I doing wrong?

Nothing. The upload feature has been temporarily disabled, since it was used to hack into this site. I will post another notice if/when it is re-enabled, probably with changes.
