As a passionate person who gets into things when he wants something, and also wanting answers here is for the whole board the answer to the eternal question:
Can you grow hair faster than you do now?
Yes. Only if you're below your genetic maximum. This means that if you're growing 1/2 an inch per month, you could get to 1 inch per month if you are "designed to". If your genetic max is 1/2 an inch, you could take all the supplements available, trim every new moon, or go with witches and shamans, and you would still grow the same rate.
Most of us don't usually grow out the max without help. Some of us smoke, some others have lousy meals, don't get enough sleep, etc. So our body doesn't give the necessary resources to the scalp, hair is not a vital organ and its one of the last priorities.
How to know if I'm at my max rate?
Buy 2 months worth of vitamins, if after 45 days you see a difference you're a lucky bastard. If not, endure your current stage and stop throwing money away.
Which are the best things to take?
1. Hair Formula 37
2. Hair and Nails from GNC
3. Fo-ti along with biotin
just adjust your budget, try to get more sleep and avoid overworking your body. If you can quit smoking that will boost it.
Can a supplement be harmful?
Yes. No matter its natural, an overdose is always harmful, however you need to take too much to get to this.
As a rule, never take more than 4 times the daily dosage in the bottles. Our body can only take so much each day, th rest is peed out.
You don't eat on Monday the food for the whole week.
Finally,I've tried many things and if you are lucky enough to have more hair to grow each month, HF 37 is WORTH the expense.

HF37 results:
Hi Tony,
I tried HF37 twice and each time my hair didn't grow any faster. My advice is simple: don't waist your money on HF37.
