Why won't it let me upload a pic?

Anyone know why it will not allow me to upload a picture? I click "upload picture" and follow all directions. When I hit upload, I get an error message.

The image upload part of this site hasn't worked for quiet some time now. We have just been doing it with HTML code for pics on other servers. I have a server of my own here at home, so I from my server. I saw the picture of you on this post I'm replying to, though.

File Upload Section says, "Any abuse will result in its removal."
Apparently, the website had been hacked!
