In Between stage, and I'm winning...

After reading some posts on here, I discovered I am in the akward stage. But I'm going to win. I tried once before and I cut it out of annoyance, but not this time. Got enough gels, clay, and waxes to keep it in line. Its growing much faster then I thought.
So now that I'm at this stage, I need some shampoo, and condtioner tips. Right no I'm using nexus, and biotancical condtioners. Whats the way to promote promote faster, stronger growth?

I must have been out of hair school on the day they taught about CLAY!
But when in the awkward stage, clay might just do the trick...LOL

Sebstian, and other companies make a clay/mudd sometimes they call it. Thick, gives your hair some flex, and stays were you want it. Good for short, and in between stages. Its very handy when you have some place improtent to be at and can't have hair all over the place.

A while back I was using Pantene, but the nice people on this board informed me that it contains silicone, which ends up sticking to your hair. Since then, I've used Aussie Moist Shampoo & Moist Conditioner. I have to say, it's quite excellent. I'm using their Mango Smoothy Shampoo & Slip Detangler Conditioner next.
As far as promoting faster and healthier growth, all I can say is eat healthy, get in some exercise (to promote good circulation), massage your scalp every so often and I started taking Vitamin C tablets, Biotin capsules and MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) capsules. You can search on Google or elsewhere about these different vitamins/minerals and it'll explain to you more in depth about them. There are sites which will also list good natural sources of these nutrients. Basically, they all promote healthy skin, nails and hair.
