Trouble finding a job

Hello fellow longhairs and people trying to grow theirs out. I have i guess medium length hair similar to Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible 2 but that is beside the point. Is anyone else finding it tough to find jobs these days because of the economy? I have been trying for so long to get a job and know one has been calling back. Does anyone have any ideas what to do, who to call or where to work. Thanks
well...

Are you looking for a career type job or a part-time job? For part-time job, right after Christmas seems to always be the worst time of the year for hunting; employers are more in the mood for letting people off than hiring new ones... of course terrible jobs (such as the food industry) are always looking for anyone they can get so if worse comes to worse you can do that.
According to my sociology professor, the hottest job opportunity right now is nursing and geriatric social work (mainly because today, a Baby Boomer turns 50 years old at a rate of once every 7 seconds).
Teachers are always in demand... and there will be a huge need for high school teachers in about 3 years as the average age of high school teachers gets older, many will be retiring and many college ed-majors today will just be getting out of school and looking for a job.
Well anyways I suppose this didn't really have much to do with long-hair...well of course guys with long hair still have a bit more trouble than short-hairs even in 2003... it's just a matter of if we're up to the challenge I suppose.
bling blingin with no cash

Or do what im gonna do and become a Samurai hey their may be no money in it but at least ill be a Samurai.

IT IS THE ECONOMY!!! My brother (who has a buzzcut by the way) has been out of a job for 1 year and three months. He works with computers and computer software. I've been working for a long time with long hair at my job. Keep on trying. You will get something eventually. Have you looked at hotjobs.com (I think this is the site)for example to see if any jobs are available that are apealing to you? I hope I helped. Good Luck!!!
