Hi, this is the first time im growing my hair long, since last october.
the problem is that when i had my last haircut the neck and ears sides were cut shorter (a lot shorter) than the other parts (aghh i shouldnt had that haircut...). i didnt care at first because it didnt look uneven. but now that is growing a lot, the fringe and the other parts that werent cut before are now as long as to tie them with a ponytail (well not that much, but you get the idea :-) and the neck part is short and the ears part looks like and undercut. what should i do? cut some part of the 6 inches fringe hair so that it looks even with the other parts, or should i wait that the back hair grows over the shoulders so then it would look beter?

Think I would be rather inclined not to cut, but instead make the best of what you have at present..........that is to say, "Wing-it" and try to "invent" some kind of hairstyle. As it gets longer you "go-with-the-flow" so to speak and are in temporary stages of different styles at different lengths. One thing for sure, you can always cut it in 5 minutes, but the wait to grow it back seems endless. Good luck!
