Hello everyone. I would like to share some more pics of my hair (16 total) because my last pic didn't really do it justice. Here are the links..

A few notes may be in order. First, in Pic 15 I'm showing my current attempts at a ponytail. Although I'm not ready yet, I did just realize that my bangs can be tied back. They are in the pic. :-D
And on Pic 16, that displays my last haircut. It was on August 5th, 2002 although that picture was taken maybe a few weeks after. That's what I've been growing from to this day.
So there you have it, hopefully I'll have a website up soon so I won't have to do the painstaking work above.
I also hope I get a few more positive reactions like I did below. That was awesome, thanks guys. :-D Enjoy.
P.S.
I snapped a photo of myself with pigtails at the request of Gollan, I believe. I definitely wouldn't where THAT one in public! :-D

Nice work. Interesting hair piece being used to hold your tail. May I ask what it is?
As for the pigtails... I once new a guy who loved wearing them. Granted, it looks a little odd, but, then again, I dare anyone to define "normal".
Personally, though, I'm with you. I would never wear pigtails.

I just used some colorful hair ties from the store that I bought eons ago. They are the kind without that metal thing that can damage your hair.
The other thing I use to hold my hair quite often are those two head bands. They are my awkard stage saviors you could say. :-D

Sure blame it on me ;). Actually I was responding sincerely to a guy who it turns out was probably a troll. I tried my own pigtails a few days ago and while I think it looked OK I got some *extremely* negative reactions from my inner circle (questioning my sanity). Too bad I didn't get any pictures. Anyway I do know a few things about pigtails at this point... you see there are "school-girl" pigtails (the ones that stick out from the side of your head just above the ears, ahem...) and there are, well, the "other" kind of pig tails, the kind that go just below and behind your ears (OK, they were called "grown woman pigtails" in one article I saw). The pigtails I tried were just behind and below my ears. The hair was parted in the middle and I had my assistant continue the part down the back. To me it looked just fine (and a lot better than Willie Nelson but along those lines). Anyway, thanks for posting your pictures and giving us all a lot encouragement.

and if you add some gel on the sides of it...
you might be able to push it down closer to your neck.
Anyway, with each month's worth of growth, you will definitely be able to move
your tail lower and lower.
What?! That sounds like I am talking about some animal!

Thanks man. These pics were kinda takin when my hair was wavy/curly but if you see the above topic "Can I pull this off?" it shows my hair a lot straighter.
As for how long I've been growing? In a few days it will be 11 months. I grew it from this cut in the pic:
