Hairbands

I live in England in the UK. I am growing my hair,but as i play football (soccer 2 u guys!)i need 2 find hairbands like footballers wear (thin black elastic ones slightly wider than shoelaces)2 restrict my hair moving,any readers from ther UK who can help me would be greatly appreciated,if possible reply to my E-Mail address

They sell them in Asda in the shampoo aisle. Or you could try Superdrug or Boots.

Thanks for the advice man,i will have a look tonight,are the ones u mean like circles of elastic if u kno wot i mean?(not the plastic hald circle alice bands i have those)

I play football every week and use these bands.
You'll find them fine for keeping your hair under control when playing football. Just be careful not to tie your hair too tight (uncomfortable, pulls hairs out) or too loose (hair is not controlled).

I was in exactly the same predicament....nice to know I'm not the only one. I looked everywhere for a 'Robert Pirez' style band but couldn't find one. Instead I started using a black shoelace but it just wasn't enough to hold all the hair when playing football so now I just wear a Nike sweat band....it makes me look more like a tennis player but at least it works.
Recently I found a black elastic hair band in the women's section of H&M Oxford street. It was too wide but I still bought it.....I just fold it in half and wear it.... it looks more like a men's one that way. I don't wear it to football though I prefer to have it for every day use and keep the sweat band for football because it also absorbs the sweat from your forehead.

Thanks 4 the advice,i know its a real pain,but Pires does have a great look going on:-) i shall look around,though the stuff about asda didnt prove useful in my local stores(they just had the ponytail holders) booo!
