Looking for a milder shampoo

I've been using Aussie Moist for a long time, and I find that it leaves my hair somewhat dry and frizzy.
I read something on this board about the Burt's Bees rosemary mint shampoo bar, which doesn't contain surfactants, but I've been having trouble finding it around here. Should I keep looking, or is it not as good as I expect it to be?
I'm also looking for a good leave-in conditioner.

Be more specific; is that in combination with a conditioner?

You might want to try a stay-in afterwards. That helps a lot, at least in my case. I use a stay-in plus a little bit of pomade.
