MSBlast is a virus that went rampant recently. Do a file search for msblast.exe under your Windows directory (I think it installs itself into the system directory. If you have it, your computer is infected.

Indeed a nasty one that crippled all computers at the University of Montreal for 2 days last week. There is also another related worm that is now causing huge problems with Air Canada's system.
