High-priced hair care...why?

Just saw part of a program on Brittney Spears and they were saying that she spends $6000 a day (or did they mean session?) on her hair done by one of those ultra-exclusive stylists.
(can't type anymore because I'm laughing so hard)
because 6 grand is nothing to her

The reason that celebrities pay so much for hairstylists is because, well, they can. I think it's really sad that celebrities blow their money on crap like that, and there are people eating out of garbage cans. What a world.
I think all you guys have better hair than she does, and no one here pays even close to that much. For example, the L'Oreal Vive Serum is relatively cheap at around 6 bucks, and it works better than anything else I've ever used. Goes to show you that more money doesn't always mean more quality. It justs means more profits.

The same program also mentioned a $100/bottle of shampoo that many of the super-rich celebs like (can't remember the name, starts with and "O" I think). It has caviar in it.
...a fool and his money.
