Excellent progress. Falling into place nicely. By summer, you will really like it even more. The feel, length and texture. I'd say the worst of the awkward stage is in your rear view mirror.
Good job.

I will consider myself completely out of the awkward stage when I can finally get it all into a decent ponytail for work. Otherwise I like wearing it loose. Thanks and Peace!

Great triptych man! Your hair is going to be amazing (well it already is but I meant when it gets really long) and it seems to have grown more than the regulation 6" per year.
I'm more than a bit envious as my hair was almost exactly like yours until it started receding. Oh well - accept the things I cannot change.
I notice your natural parting appears to be way off-centre, as is mine. I tried 'forcing' it to be more central but it always looked stupid. Can you part your hair centrally ?
PS You've lost your shirt AGAIN!

Yea, I lose my shirt quite often, don't I! Anyway, I have tried to part my hair center, but it just doesn't work too well. It just naturally wants to part where it is. Thanks and Peace!

Treyn,
When I look at today's pics and back to February all I can say is amazing progress! At this growth rate it seems you'd have tremendous potential for [very long] terminal length. Nonetheless, in a scant year from now it will most likely be down your back.
Great job and keep it up.

Thanks, man. I really can't wait untill a year from now IS now. Then it will be quite long enough to tie back and throw across my back for work. Although wearing it loose is my favorite thing to do with it. I also hope that my terminal length is somewhere between mid-back to waist length, cause that's my goal. Thanks and Peace!

Gee, I think it might be a little while before I post a dry pic! Yours looks great, Treyn. Great progress. BTW, do you put anything in your hair or tame it some way to make it straight like that?

No, that is it's natural state actually. All I do is comb it straight down each side. Only thing that disappoints me about it is the differences between the right side and left side. Uneven for one, plus the right side is slightly thinner than the left side causing it to act different. Isn't the body supposed to be evenly proportioned thoughout?! Thanks and Peace!

It is not all that unusual for hair on one side to be slightly thicker or grow slightly faster. I am going out on a limb with this but my speculation is that you could have better blood circulation on the left side of your head than on the right. Hair follicles need a good blood supply for maximum hair growth. By the way, my hair grows a bit faster and is thicker on the left side as well. I guess the left side of my head has a better network of capillaries too. Absalom

Fantastic progress Treyn! Very healthy and great looking :D
It looks like we have the same type and length of hair before I cut mine to start over. Mostly straight except near the end of the strands.
I'm curious, do you ever have a problem with your bangs curling out? I don't know if it was the damage I had, being too dry or not long enough, but I could Never get my bangs to calm down from root to end, not even with gel. It just did it's own curly thing. LOL

No, my bangs have never given me that problem. There is really no curling to my hair, just a very slight wave on the lower ends. Thanks and Peace!
