There's some pictures for you, Prizm. I recently celebrated my 20th birthday; that's four years of hair growth.

Damn Res, your first "webcam looking" picture did you no justice. Your hair and your look is just fabulous. (You got a little Travis Fimmel look about you in your face). Congrats on your birthday!

That's a compliment I'm not quite sure I deserve! Many thanks for the kind words and birthday wishes. Keep your excellent hair long!

I cannot even imagine what it must be like to be 20 years old and have beautiful long hair like yours (not to memtion the rest of the package). I can only hope that you fully realize how fortunate you are. I would have given just about anything to have long hair like yours when I was 20 (many years ago), but circumstances being what they were, that was not posible.
Here's hoping that you appreciate the good fortune to have what nature gave you (and what you did with it), and that you continue to enjoy your beautiful long hair always.
You really ought to check out the professional modeling business. You would certainly make a great model, and as a professional model, you would give "longhairs" a positive image, instead of the negative stereotype that seems so prominant today. You really should look into it.

Thankyou and, yes, I'm very grateful to have had relatively little opposition to the decision to grow my hair long. The day I got my last buzz cut and vowed never to cut again almost seems like a scene in someone else's life now.

An old friend of mine has suggested this to me before, as she models part time. I'm seriously considering getting a portfolio or something together. Thanks for the encouragement.

Go for it, dude! I could totally see you as a model; you have the look for it.
Good luck with it.

I would be a bit careful with that. I'd think that models are mainly used as "coat hangers" for clothes, instead of models of just their pretty faces (or hair). Sometimes the long hair fits to the image going with the clothes, or whatever product is being marketed, and sometimes not. So who is going to decide how you wear your hair, you or the person hiring your body for the display?
I'd be happy to act or model but only if I could keep my hair intact in the process.

Fabulous hair and at only 20 years old. I admire your patience to grow such nice long hair at such a young age. I was not patient enough until my late 30's to grow mine out. Anyway happy birthday. Absalom
Happy B-Day...

Ah, of course - these are always good for a laugh!
The first picture was taken in November 1999 (the picture that made me want to grow it), the third in September 2000, and the fourth in January 2001.
I honestly think that hair past your shoulders would suit you very well. Be patient and good luck.

Wow! I bet you are glad you grew your hair out! Suits you sooo much better.

Yeah Im gonna go for it. It's not like growing it out is a pain in the butt once it reaches your shoulders-on.
thanks for the motivation!
