What is better for wavy hair? I keep hearing that for long hair brushes are really good, mason pearson is a name I keep hearing. but then some people say not to use them. right now Im using a regular comb(for when its dry) and a wide tooth comb for detangling(when its wet). Can someone shed some light on the subject? My length is currently at 20 inches.

I use only a pick on my hair and never when it is wet. I lost too much hair due to breakage by combing it when it was wet. I dry my hair completely and then detangle. This method works well for me resulting in hair over 3 feet long. My hair is a mix of straight, wavy, and curly. By the way your hair looks great. Happy growing Absalom
