Hey
I used a straightening iron on my hair. I love the way it looks and feels! So soft, straight, and manageable. My hair isn't that wavy to begin with so it only to like 30 seconds to straighten it. I'm wondering, how much is too much to use a straightening iron. I was thinking maybe once a week? I was kind of hesitant to try it because I knew I'd love it so much that I'd always want to do it.

WOW, your hair does look great. Some people will curse you for using a heating appliance on your hair because they say it can damage the hair, but I think that if you use it carefully, and make sure you condition well, then go for it. After all, it's a lot easier to grow you hair long if you love it. I think some people never get past the awkward stage because they don't like their hair, it's too curly or unmanagable, and they really want stright hair, so they cut it off and never get to experience how great long hair really is. Post more photos when you get a chance (maybe next time, lose the hat.
P.S. What brand did you buy, and how much was it?
