Static Electricity

Tis the season for static electricity and the crazy things it can do to your hair. I don't know if anyone else had tried this, but I started spraying a little STATIC GUARD on my hair after I've dried it and brushed it in the morning. It not only gets rid of the static cling thing, but also acts to make my hair much more managable. I also think it feels nicer after I've sprayed on some STATIC GUARD and brushed it. It's only a little wet feeling when it is initially sprayed on, but it dissipates very quickly, leaving my hair under control and feeling really nice. I'm thinking it might be sueful in the summer with controlling the puffyness caused by high humidity, but that'll have to wait until this summer to find that out.
Has anyone else used this?

Haven't tried this yet, though I will now! I've been getting shocked from static electricity (mostly on doorknobs) one heck of a lot lately, and I found a way around this. Whenever approaching a door, pull out your keys, and touch the key to the doorknob. The current will flow either from your hand to the door or the door to your hand and will flow through the key, where it will arc. so the key in essence gets the shock, while you don't. Just thought I'd share this as it's along the same lines. . . .
